Improve Through Change, Not Chance

“Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change.”
- Jim Rohn

Understanding yourself is a necessary element once you decide to change your life. Each one of us has the ability to make even a small change every day to try and improve ourselves and the world around us. This year I am truly embracing the harvest and fall season. I am trying to appreciate the change of season There is something very comforting about putting on a long sleeve shirt and enjoying the pumpkins and brisk weather. I will include a picture from last weekend where I went to a harvest festival near home. I am adapting to this colder weather. I want my activity level in the colder months to increase so I am making a conscious effort to make a change and to take part in many more activities. Jim Rohn’s quote is an important one for us all to remember as we are trying to improve things.

Every day should be an effort to improve things; try a little bit harder, smile a little bit brighter and push a little bit farther. Jim Rohn’s quote is helping my fall to greatly improve. I am enjoying the foliage and taking part in Halloween activities. I will include a picture from a harvest festival that I attended. It is wonderful to be with people. We should all try to engage in as many activities as possible with as many people as possible. I am making a sincere effort and I am succeeding at engaging in a variety of activities. I didn’t want my life to vastly slow down because the weather began to get a bit chillier. I surround myself with others who also want to take part in proactive activities as the weather begins to change. I am meeting new people and I am not allowing my calendar to get empty. Some events may seem silly to me; I am getting out and taking part in wholesome activities. I decided as the summer was coming to a close that I would not allow my activity level to vastly change as the seasons began to change. I am going outside of my comfort zone and I am taking part in fall activities.

What types of activities do you take part in during the fall season? I thank you very much for reading and look forward to any responses that you may have.
